Support

Everything users need to get set up and stay unblocked.

Use this page as the launch-stage support hub: blocker setup, permission expectations, rep flow basics, and where to go if something feels off.

1. Create or recover your account

New users can complete onboarding. Returning users should use the login path first so blocker settings and preferences sync correctly before setup continues.

2. Choose the apps you want to control

The product only governs the apps a user intentionally selects. If an app is not selected, the blocker should not treat it as part of the unlock flow.

3. Finish system permission setup

Blocking requires operating-system support. On Android that may include accessibility-related setup. On iPhone it follows Apple’s Screen Time authorization model.

4. Test the lock screen path

Open one of the selected apps with zero available time. The product should route into the branded lock flow instead of feeling broken or ambiguous.

5. Complete a workout and confirm the budget

The unlock should grant minutes, return the user to the requested app, and relock again automatically once the budget ends.

6. Replay the guide if needed

The in-app guide exists so users can revisit the important controls later without guessing what each tab or switch is supposed to do.

Common fixes
  • Re-check that the intended app is selected in the blocker list.
  • Confirm platform permissions are still enabled after reinstall or system updates.
  • Test with a zero budget first so the blocked-app state is easy to verify.
  • Use the returning-user login path if the app has been reinstalled or signed out.
